Starry Eyed Liner.

New addiction. Too Faced starry eyed eyeliner in "gold digger." Ordered some online and just got it in the mail. Fantastic, want to try more colors soon. I apply mine to the inner edges on my top eyelids, over top my black eyeliner. Typically takes two or three coats.
